Why does my Boiler require an Annual Service?
Most Boiler manufacturers include a warranty with their Boilers. These warranty’s are usually for 5 to 10 years dependent on the make and model. What they don’t tell you is that the boilers MUST be fully serviced every year, or, in the event the Boiler breaks – they may not cover the cost of the repair.
